Therapy is available for you. You do not need to face difficult times alone. Depression, anxiety, stress, trauma or relationship issues can leave you feeling lonely and isolated at the time when you most need someone to listen. Talking with a skilled therapist can help you understand why something is the way it is and help you better cope with what is happening. Your relationship with your therapist is important and growth happens in the safe, trusting relationship between you and me. I will listen to you, help you develop new coping skills, work on problem solving, and feel less alone.
