Fees:
$120 for Individual and $150 for Couples therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes.
Insurance Information:
I do not take insurance, however, I am happy to provide clients with a receipt they can submit to their insurance or HSA/FSA company. By working out of network with insurance companies, your privacy is ensured. I accept Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending credit cards. I recommend that clients call their insurance companies to determine what coverage they have for “out of network” mental health benefits if they would like to submit for possible reimbursement.
When thinking about the financial aspect of therapy, consider that if you have a high deductible plan and have not reached your deductible, you will be paying full fee to any provider until you reach your deductible. For many of us, this is the majority of a benefit's year. Also, some clients prefer not to use insurance which requires a diagnosis or medically necessary reason for therapy in order to be covered and periodic review of medical records may be requested by the insurance company.
Payment is due at the time of each therapy session payable by check, cash, or credit card (including HSA and FSA). Individual arrangements billing can be made with prior discussion. Please review the Cancellation/No Show policy outlined on the Orientation to Treatment document. A credit card authorization is required prior to the start of treatment to secure your initial appointment. Other forms of payment can be used at the time of the session but the credit card authorization is required to book the initial appointment.
